1. Marketplace Notice
ModernOne Pro operates as an online marketplace. Products sold on our platform may be fulfilled by third-party sellers or suppliers.
As a result, return and refund conditions may vary slightly depending on the product and supplier, but all returns are handled under the guidelines outlined below.

5. Return Shipping
If the return is due to a supplier error, damaged item, or incorrect product, return shipping costs will be covered.
If the return is due to change of mind, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Returned items must be shipped using a trackable shipping method.
